Beos or Bataviasche Ooster Spoorweg Maatschapij

Jakarta Kota Railway Station also known as Beos Station is a train station who was old enough in Jakarta and established by the Government of the City as a cultural reserve. This station is one of the few stations in Indonesia that type terminus (end of trip), which does not have continuation lines.


The first, Beos is Bataviasche Ooster Spoorweg Maatschapij (Railway Transport East Batavia), a private company that connects with Kedunggedeh Batavia. Another version, Beos derived from Batavia Omstreken En, which means Batavia and Around, which comes from the station functions as a major transport hub linking train Batavia City with other cities such as Bekassie (Bekasi), Buitenzorg (Bogor), Parijs van Java (Bandung ), Karavam (Karachi), and others.
